Huney Jun is made right here in Leavenworth. We have partnered with them to let you taste this unique and locally made beverage during your breakfast!
It is made by blending organic green tea, raw honey, and a Jun culture. Using a cold-brew method for their tea steeps allows for a gentle release of flavor, resulting in a smooth body with reduced bitterness. Raw honey is used exclusively during their small batch fermentation. This makes Huney Jun authentically probiotic and fully alive!
