"Our goal has always been simple: to share the warmth, traditions, and beauty of Alpine life with every guest who walks through our door."
Erika and Martin Szuster became the third owners of Pension Anna in May 2018, and the first European-born ones. Like the Smiths who built the hotel in 1989, years of travel through Bavaria and Tirol came with owning it, and deepened what they brought back.
They met in Seattle, got married in the snow by Icicle Creek, and made Leavenworth home. Since 2018 they've kept what made Pension Anna worth keeping, added Landhaus Erika next door, and continued sourcing authentic Alpine pieces from Europe. When you're there, there's a good chance you'll meet them.
